The Skoda Octavia for the first time will get a virtual instrument panel as an option
The top configurtions of the new Skoda Octavia – Style, Laurin & Klement, RS and Scout are now available with a virtual instrument panel, like the Skoda Karoq, Volkswagen Golf, Audi A3 and SEAT Leon.
The Octavia is the second after the Karoq among the models of Skoda to receive such a panel. Information about the new option which costs from 8900 kroons (350 euros) has appeared in the configurator of the Czech site of the company.
The 12.3-inch display shows the readings in four possible display modes.
The classic mode includes a round speedometer and a tachometer, the distance between which can be adjusted.
With the so-called modern mode, the navigation system is located in the center of the screen, and the other devices are on the sides and at the top.
With the advanced mode, only one information block is displayed on the screen.
The basic mode of the instrument panel includes two information blocks or devices displayed.
