The Skoda Kodiaq will have a luxury version
At the International Motor Show in Geneva, the Skoda Kodiaq in a new luxury edition – the Laurin & Klement version will be presented to public. It’s the most expensive in the brand’s range, positioned as a flagship model. The official photos of the novelty are now available.
In the exterior, it is worth noting a chrome grille and a modified rear bumper with a pair of exhaust pipe fittings with metallic accents, unique 19-inch alloy wheels, LED lights and distinctive logos that are also present in the interior.
The interior has all the attributes of luxury: leather trim, black lacquer inserts, a black or beige leather steering wheel, an advanced Canton speaker system; rain sensors, a virtual instrument panel, a self-dimming rear view mirror, LED lighting, floor mats made of textiles.
The driver’s seat has an electric adjustment and memory function, special doorways are decorated with the inscription “Kodiaq”.
The power line-up included petrol turbo V4 TSI of 1.5 and 2.0 liters and output of 150 and 190 hp, with a particulate filter to reduce emissions. You can choose a diesel variant with a 2.0-liter 150- or 190-hp TDI (140 kW).
All modifications are equipped with a four-wheel drive system and a 7-speed DSG gearbox. The chassis adaptive control function is offered as an option.
